Privacy

In short: we use what you send us only to reply to you, and we measure visits without tracking you unless you say yes.

Who we are

Immersive Design (Studio IAD by Immersive) is an architecture and design studio in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Reach us at hello@immersivedesign.workflowlabs.tech or on +91 80007 73050.

What you send us

When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, location, timeline and message. They are sent to the studio by email so we can reply about your project. We don’t sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that check.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, that conversation happens in WhatsApp or on the phone, under their own terms.

What the site measures

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.

With your permission only, we also use Google Analytics to see which pages and projects people look at. Until you choose “Accept”, Google Analytics isn’t loaded and nothing is stored. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

On your device

The site remembers a few choices in your browser’s storage: day or night, sound on or off, and your cookie choice. They never leave your device.

Links to other sites

Films open on YouTube, and some links go to Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, the 360° tour host and publications such as Archello. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@immersivedesign.workflowlabs.tech.
